The British Mini Bike Championship (BMB) encompasses various classes, catering to Ohvale motorcycles, four-stroke minibikes, and small-capacity supermoto bikes. It offers a platform for riders aged seven and above.
Hickman's takeover, under Peter Hickman Racing Limited, is hailed as a "positive step forward" by BMB. With his impressive racing career and proven expertise in motorsport business, Hickman brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to the championship. His extensive industry connections and sponsorship network are expected to elevate the profile of BMB and create more opportunities for riders at all levels.

However, there will be a brief downtime on the Alpha Timing system to facilitate the transfer of ownership, and members will need to reapply for their 2026 memberships.
The current ownership company, BMB Racing Ltd., will cease trading to streamline the process, resulting in refunds for existing memberships. This decision was made to navigate the complexities of company transfer processes and legal requirements.
